China methionine prices fall at slower pace
Prices of methionine continued to move lower during the week ending December 22.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine slid to RMB42-44/kg, falling by RMB1-7/kg.
Methionine market weakened further as several traders continued to cut prices to clear stocks. However, traders were more cautious in giving discounts as prices have plunged 60% from peak levels.
