Market analysis

Farmers' piglet replenishment interest remained low over the week, as rebounding corn prices of late propped up feed costs while lingering hog diseases fuelled rearing risks.

Market forecast

Concerns over hog market uncertainty after the festive season next year should keep piglet trade subdued in the weeks ahead.
