Argentina 05-06 corn sales down 50 percent 

 

 

As of Dec. 15, Argentina had exported 8.585 million tonnes of 2005-06 (March-February) corn, unchanged from the past three weeks, according to the Agriculture Secretariat's latest data.

 

By this time last year Argentina had sold 13.14 million tonnes of 2004-05 corn.

 

Each figure represents thousands of tonnes sold.
