Argentina's Rofex starts soy 2009 trading

 

 

Soy 2009 was traded for the first time at Rosario Futures Exchange (Rofex) on December 11, 2007.

 

The trading reflected one more time Rofex's strength as futures exchange at the national level.

 

With a volume of 4,350 tonnes traded and with prices that range between US$243 and US$244 per tonne, ISR May 2009 was traded for the first time in Rofex, fixing at a value of US$ 243.

 

The following positions for soy index futures were also traded: ISR May 2008 fixed at US$253.7 and ISR November 2008 at US$262.
