Corn imports in South Korea decline again
South Korea, the world's third-largest corn buyer, reduced Jan-Nov corn imports by 19% from a year earlier to 6.6 million tonnes.
Corn imports for feed production, which account for around 80 percent of the total, dropped 23% to 5.31 million tonnes, according to customs data on Tuesday (Dec 15).
Imports of food-grade corn increased 1% to 1.33 million tonnes.
