CP plans to build more animal feed plants in Vietnam

Thailand's Charoen Pokphand Group (CP) plans to build four additional animal feed plants in Vietnam within the next five years.

CP will invest between US$150 million and US$200 million to build aquatic feed, chicken processing plants and refrigerated warehouses in the Asian communist country, said the company's Vice President Sooksunt Jiumjaiswanglerg.

This plan is part of CP's strategy to double the size of its business in Vietnam in the next five years as the firm focuses on agriculture, real estate and retail.
