Japan's agriculture ministry to buy 141,000 tonnes wheat
 

Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries would buy 141,000 tonnes of wheat for January-February shipment in a tender to be concluded Thursday, an agriculture ministry official said Tuesday.
