Zhongken to pay US$10.88 million for 51% shares of Luyu Seed
Zhongken Agricultural Resource Development Co., Ltd. (Zhongken) plans to buy 51% shares of Shanxi Luyu Seed Industry Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. (Luyu Seed) with RMB66.11 million (US$10.88 million).
