France's corn output still running behind

Due to adverse weather which continued to delay field work, the corn harvest was running behind in France by early this week, according to farm office FranceAgriMer.

In weekly data published on its website, by December 2 the office said harvest progress in the EU's top corn grower was at 85% while it was virtually over at 99% at the same point last year.
