Tatarstan produces more than 100,000 tonnes poultry meat

Since the beginning of this year, Tatarstan has generated 105,800 tonnes of poultry meat and 748.1 million eggs, which is 107.3% and 117.5% more than last year's result, respectively.

The biggest contribution was made by the Chelny Broiler producer, 110%, and by the JSC SHP Yubileynoye, accounting for 126% of the total poultry products supplied to the sale network.

Earlier last month, the Association of Farmers and Private Farmsteads chief Kamiyar Baitemirov has announced that a complete farm village will be built in the country. There will be 40 farms to be set up in the Tatarstan's Almetievsk region; 24 hectares of land has been allocated for this. Each of the 40 farms is designed to keep 70 thousand broiler chickens and separately process about 140,000 kilos of poultry meat.
