China's fishmeal imports shrink 33% in October

China's fishmeal imports in October fell 33.17% to 93,969 tonnes, down 46,642 tonnes from September.

Peru (53,044 tonnes), the US (18,267 tonnes) and Chile (11,498 tonnes) were the main exporters of fishmeal to China during October.

China's fishmeal imports for the period of January-October 2011 totalled 1,064,965 tonnes.
