China's November soy imports at 5.37 million tonnes

China's commerce ministry expects the country's soy imports in November to have risen to 5.37 million tonnes, up from 3.7 million tonnes imported in October, according to official data.

Buyers in China, the world's top soy importer, are likely to import 5.26 million tonnes in December, the ministry said in its latest report.

The ministry's figures, published twice per month, fail to catch all shipments but provide a reference for buyers to gauge supply.
