USDA says 110,000 tonnes of corn sold to South Korea in 2006/07

The US Department of Agriculture announced Thursday (Dec 7) private export sales of 110,000 tonnes of U.S. corn for delivery to South Korea in the 2006/07 marketing year.

The corn marketing year began Sep 1.

US exporters are required to report to the USDA sales of 100,000 tonnes or more of corn made in the same day to the same destination by 3:00 pm EST (2000 GMT) the next business day, according to the USDA.
