China ferrous sulphate prices rise on tight supply
Cupric sulphate
Cautious mood of buyers decimated the sales of cupric sulphate despite increasing hog inventories.
Prices of cupric sulphate are expected to stay around current levels.
Zinc sulphate
Zinc futures prices were relatively stable lately. Nonetheless, zinc sulphate prices slid as producers slashed prices in a bid to move sales amid lacklustre demand.
After the recent price falls zinc sulphate will likely stay stable in the coming period.
Manganese sulphate
Prices of manganese sulphate stayed soft as producers kept prices low to entice buyers.
Producers will likely keep prices around current levels as coal prices are expected to rise during winter, hence pushing up output costs.
Ferrous sulphate
Ferrous sulphate prices were held stable as buyers restocked depleted inventories while production was limited.
One producer in Sichuan is upgrading its plant, resulting in limited supplies. Hence ferrous sulphate prices should stay firm in spite of slow feed demand.
