Vitamin C prices dip further in China
Prices of vitamin C moved lower during the week ended December 6.
Demand for vitamin C continued to dwindle as aquaculture production tapered to its end. Meanwhile, livestock farmers and feed millers were unenthusiastic to make procurements as supplies remained abundant.
Prices of feed- and food-grade vitamin C reduced to RMB23/kg.
Excess supplies will continue to weigh down vitamin C prices together with lukewarm demands.
