China Live Hog Weekly: Market maintains upward momentum as demand expands (week ended Dec 2, 2013)
Meat demand continued to rise in China, providing an upward momentum to the hog market. Together with tight release, hog prices rose in all regions over the past week. Carcass prices were at RMB21.77/kg, increased by 0.18% from the previous week.
