Argentina's 2005/06 wheat sales at 8.19 million tonnes

 

 

Argentina's 2005/06 export wheat sales totalled 8.19 million tonnes as of Dec 1, according to the Agriculture Secretariat's latest data.

 

That puts sales up from 8.17 million tonnes a week earlier.

 

By this time last year, Argentina had sold 11.11 million tonnes of 2004/05 wheat.

 

The Secretariat provided the following information for 2005/06 and 2004/05 wheat sales in thousands of tonnes by destination.
