Vitamin A producers hold prices stable in China

Prices fell further over the past few weeks.

Demand for vitamin A improved slightly as buyers increased procurements, but excess supplies continued to exert pressure on the market.

Transacted prices of locally produced vitamin A lowered to RMB113-117/kg while those of imported products reduced to the range of RMB115-119/kg

Vitamin A market is expected to stay soft with supplies abundant. However, feed millers are likely to increase stockpiles in preparation for the demand rise in the coming period, hence lending support to the prices.
