Colorado Boxed Beef purchases JBS distribution centres

Colorado Boxed Beef Co. has acquired distribution centres from JBS USA.

The acquisition of JBS assets occurred Nov. 9. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Richard (Dick) Saterbo founded Colorado Box Beef Co. in 1975 by. The company is privately held and led by Co-Chairmen, Bryan and John Saterbo, and by Rattigan. 

The company distributes beef, pork, poultry, lamb, veal, seafood, cheese, lunchmeat and a variety of fresh, frozen and dry products.

It employs over 650 people.
