JSC and Welding obtain FAMI-QS certification

Welding GMBH has announced that products of Russia's JSC Volzhsky Orgsynthese has obtained FAMI-QS certification 15 November 2007.

The certification supplements the FAMI-QS certification which had been granted to Welding in January 2006 and covers the manufacture of DL-Methionine feed grade, its salts and analogs.

JSC Volzhsky Orgsynthese and Welding has joined in global distribution of DL-methionine since 1991.

Welding GMBH is a distributor of pharmaceutical bulk ingredients for veterinary and human medicine but also active in the line of amino acids, vitamins for animal feed. The company was founded in 1955 and employs a staff of approximately 130.

Since 1991, the company has distributed Russian DL-methionine around the world, on exclusive basis.

JSC Volzhsky Orgsynthese is a chemical manufacturer producing DL-methionine since 1987.
