Wynnstay acquires Youngs Animal Feeds

Wynnstay in the UK completed the acquisition of Youngs Animal Feeds (YAF) worth GBP750,000 (US$1.24 million).

Wynnstay formerly owned 50 percent of the issued share capital of YAF, an equine feed manufacturing and pet products distribution business based in Standon, Staffordshire, with distribution centres in Congleton, Cheshire and Huyton on Merseyside.
