China's methionine imports fall in October
China's methionine imports registered 9,633 tonnes in October, down by 15.8% from September.
Average import price in October was US$3.60/kg, lower by US$0.08/kg compared with the previous month.
Japan (2,242 tonnes), Belgium (5,940 tonnes) and France (1,013 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during October.
