Biomin has appointed Jan Vanbrabant as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for the Asia Pacific region.

He now heads the business of Biomin Asia from their headquarters in Singapore. Biomin Asia has close to 150 staff located across the region, with manufacturing plants situated in Singapore, Vietnam, and China. Vanbrabant has served as the Sales and Marketing Director for Biomin Asia since joining the company in June 2009.

Graduating with a PhD from the University of Ghent in Belgium, Vanbrabant specialises in Microbiology and Biochemistry and also holds an executive MBA from the Flanders Business School in Belgium.

Prior to joining Biomin, he was based in Belgium holding roles as Product Manager, Marketing Director, and then the Vice President of Global Agrifoods Marketing in Kemin. With over 10 years of industry experience and strong expertise in sales and marketing, he will play an instrumental role as the head of Biomin Asia.
