China Methionine Weekly: Prices dip on subdued demand, ample supply (week ended Nov 25, 2012)
Poor farming returns of poultry producers decimated the demand for methionine in China. Hence, buyers limited purchases of methionine while supplies were ample, exerting pressure on the markets. In Europe, price quotes for spot deliveries were in the range of EUR3.18-3.25/kg.
