China vitamin A market lacks momentum

Prices dipped slightly over the past few weeks.

Supplies of vitamin A were limited of late, hence helping to underpin the prices, in conjunction with stable demands. However, with export markets weak, vitamin A market lacked momentum to push prices higher.

Prices in Europe were in the range of EUR21-22/kg.

Domestic demand for vitamin A is likely to increase as feed miller stockpile inventories in preparation for December and January markets.
