Adisseo Microvit™A and E Price Adjustment Announcement

As of 25 November 2004, Adisseo will impose a global price increase of 15% on all Microvit™ A and E products.

The price hike is required in order to offset increasing raw material, energy and transportation costs.

All prior commitments will be honoured.
