Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods acquires Moloko Isilkulya

Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods (WBD), a Russian dairy product and fruit juice manufacturer, announced Wednesday (Nov 24) the purchase of dairy products producer Moloko Isilkulya in the Omsk Region.

WBD bought Moloko Isilkulya under its policy to expand business through purchases of strong regional companies. Financial details of the deal were not provided.

Moloko Isilkulya, established on the basis of the production capacities of the Vita company, produces dairy products under the Utrennyaya Zorka brand name.

Founded in 1992, WBD operates in Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). WBD has a diversified brand portfolio with over 1,000 types of dairy products and over 150 types of juices, nectars, and soft drinks.
