Net profit of Vietnam's Godaco Seafood jumps 117.4% on-year

Godaco Seafood JSC (AGD) made a net profit of VND23.45 billion (US$1.2 million) in the first nine months of the year, jumping 117.4% from a year earlier.

According to AGD's consolidated quarterly financial report, revenues rose 81.8% on-year to VND384.44 billion (US$19.7 million).

In the third quarter, the seafood company made a net profit VND8.23 billion (US$421,943) on revenues of VND148.91 billion (US$7.63 million) compared with VND6.67 billion (US$341,963) and VND141.44 billion (US$7.25 million) in Q3, 2009, respectively.

In 2010, AGD targets a net profit of VND30 billion (US$1.54 million) on revenues of VND660 billion (US$33.84 million).
