The Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has announced that it would start the acceptance of the applications for obtaining licenses for exports of certain types of agricultural products as per undistributed quotas volumes, the Ministry said on November 16.
The announcement indicated that the order of issuance of the licences was as follows: "On confirmation of quota volumes for separate varieties of agricultural products, which exports to be subjected to licensing till December 31, 2010, and adoption of the order of issuance of the licenses for exports of the certain range of agricultural products and quotas distribution".
This order took place due to the undistributed quotas for corn at the level of 518.8 thousand tonnes. The Ministry of Economy announces that application acceptance for the licence receiving for exports of the certain range of agricultural products will start from November 16 to November 30 (included), 2010.
The form of application, the list of the documents which are essential to get the licences, the order of consideration, and licences issuance will be realised in accordance with the Decree about the order of the licensing of the range of goods exports, which was stated by the Decree of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Previously, the Ministry of Economy announced the acceptance of the applications for receiving licences, which was supposed to end on November 3.
However, the Ministry of Economy later announced new acceptance of the applications for receiving of licenses from November 4 to November 18, while the quotas were distributed on November 12.
