China Live Hog Weekly: Prices strengthen with demand for meat rising (week ended Nov 18, 2013)
While pig release remained steady in all regions, demand for meat picked up. As a result, China hog prices rose across the board over the past week. Carcass prices continued to climb. Prices were at RMB21.71/kg, up by 0.32% from the previous week.
