China's 2009-10 new soy supply likely to fall 3.64 million tonnes
The China National Grain and Oils Information Centre, a state-supported think-tank, on Tuesday (Nov 17) released a forecast on the country's newly added soy supply for the crop year of 2009-10.
In 2009-10, China's new soy supply is expected to reach 53 million tonnes, an on-year decline of 3.64 million tonnes.
Meanwhile, the centre also predicted that China would have 10.29 million tonnes of new soyoil supply in 2009-10, a rise of 120,000 tonnes from the previous crop year.
