DSM ups Vitamin E prices

DSM Nutritional Products announces a global price increase for vitamin E. The increase is effective for all product forms and grades of vitamin E marketed in the animal nutrition, human nutrition and personal care industries. The price increase is necessary due to significantly higher costs of raw materials, energy and transportation.

Prices for ROVIMIX® E 50 Adsorbate (feed grade) will be increased to a minimum of 6.20 euros per kilogram and US$9.00/kg for large volumes. Prices for dl-a tocopheryl acetate (USP, FCC and Ph.Eur.) will be increased to a minimum of 12.00 euros/kg and US$18.00/kg for large volumes.

All other grades and product forms of vitamin E will be adjusted accordingly and the increase will be effective immediately.
