China's import volumes for soy are estimated at 4.25 million tonnes for November.
The actual port import volume of soy reached about 4.19 million tonnes in October, more than that of about 4.22 million tonnes forecasted before.
The actual port import volume of soy reached 775 tonnes in October, and the forecasted volume is about 1,020.41 tonnes in November. The actual port import volume of distiller's dried grain with soluble (DDGS) reached 60,300 tonnes in October, and the forecasted volume reached 40,600 tonnes in November.
According to statistics of import products issued by the National Customs Authority on November 10, China imported 4.03 million tonnes of soy in October, slipping 18.9% on month, while the import volume was 3.81 million tonnes in the same period of 2011. China imported a total of 48.34 million tonnes of soy from January to October, increasing 16.6% on year. Meanwhile, 900,000 tonnes of edible vegetable oil was imported in October, rising 4.7% on month and 76% on year. The import volume of the product totaled 6.41 million tonnes from January to October, rising 24% on year.
