Illness of chicken is registered in three villages of Syunik region - Bardzravan, Balak and Shaghat. In Bardzravan, fever was registered one and a half month ago. In September, signs of chicken illness were registered in Aragatsotn region of Armenia.

"It is ordinary fever by which chicken are infected. The illness can be cured by antibiotics and preventive measures which have positive effect", said Baghyan.

There would not be any need for the farmers to cure the chicken if they had done all necessary injections.

Crisis reduced funding of buying vaccines in the frames of state order by 50%. Out of state order, the medicine remained the same - leptospirosis and leykosis. The farmers have to buy medicine from drug-stores by their own means.
