US Delmarva Detects Bird Flu in Ducks
Two ducks on a farm in southern Worcester County have tested positive for a form of the avian flu in Delmarva, according to the US state Department of Agriculture.
However officials say the strain cannot spread to chickens and is not a threat to the poultry industry.
The sick ducks have been identified though random tests, but further testing has found no other ducks with the disease.
