Huaying partners Kelimin to buy 55% shares of Xinxilai Biotechnology
Henan Huaying Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. (Huaying) and Beijing Kelimin Feed Technology Co., Ltd. (Kelimin) have signed a cooperation framework agreement, in which the two companies will jointly purchase 55% shares of Henan Xinlilai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Xinlilai).
