China's beef prices increase by 35 percent from last year

 

 

China's average wholesale beef prices rose by 3.8 percent month-on-month and escalated by 35 percent year-on-year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.

 

China's highest average price of beef hit US$3.35/kg in the month. The lowest was US$2.55/kg. The average price was above US$3.09 for three days and below US$2.96 for nine days.
