China's Xinjiang sees 1.5 million tonnes of meat output

Meat production for China's Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region reaches 1.45 million tonnes while dairy and egg output reaches 1.93 million tonnes and 0.29 million tonnes respectively in the first nine months of 2012.

Xinjiang is expected to produce 2.00 million tonnes of meat, 2.61 million tonnes of dairy and 0.37 million tonnes of eggs by the end of this year.
