India's MMTC issues wheat import tender for 350,000 tonnes
 

India's state-run MMTC Ltd. has floated a wheat import tender for around 350,000 tonnes, an official document showed Monday (November 12, 2007).

The last day for bid submissions is Nov. 19.

The tender is first in a series of wheat tenders to be floated by India's state-run agencies as part of the government's plan to import 1 million tonnes.
