US company to establish poultry production in Kazakhstan
The US Crown Worldwide company in Texas announced concrete plans to build poultry production infrastructure in Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan.
The complex, which would includes a fodder plant, grain elevator, incubator and meat-processing workshop, was estimated to cost US$20 million. Its capacity is 12,000 tonnes of meat every year.
With this US-backed centre, Kyzylorda is expected to increase its meat exports in significant volumes.
