Prices of China's Vitamin C Raw Materials Marginally Higher

Prices of vitamin C raw materials in China rose marginally as market demand recovered in recent days.

Analysts, however, expect vitamin C prices to be on a downward trend in the near term due to the soft market demand as most buyers adopt a wait-and-see approach.

II   Exports of China's Vitamin C Raw Materials

 

Currently, offer prices of China's locally produced vitamin C raw materials for export to European and American markets remain at US$5.50/kg, while offer prices for exports to Southeast Asia and Africa regions hover at US$6.00/kg.

 

Prices for February delivery to European and American markets stand at US$5.3/kg, while offer prices for exports to Southeast Asia and Africa regions are reportedly at US$5.80/kg.
