South Korea NOFI Seeks Up to 55,000MT Soymeal in Tender
South Korea's Nonghyup Feed Inc., or NOFI, will seek up to 55,000 metric tons of optional-origin soymeal in a buy tender to be held at 0720 GMT Friday, according to a Seoul-based trader who received the tender notice.
Suppliers can choose to provide soymeal from the US, South America or India, said the trader. NOFI will buy one cargo of either 55,000 tons of US or South American soymeal, or 23,500 tons of Indian soymeal.
In case of Indian soymeal, suppliers can choose to divide 23,500 tons into two cargoes of 13,500 tons and 10,000 tons.
Regardless of origins, cargoes should arrive in South Korea Feb. 10.
