An eFeedLink exclusive report

Threonine prices in China were generally lower in recent days, due to slightly improved supplies and sluggish demand. Two major local producers have made marginal downward adjustments to their prices, with transacted prices in the range of RMB33.5-34.5/kg. Both producers also concluded deals with many feed millers in the range of RMB34.5-35.5/kg recently.

Meanwhile, prices of imported threonine fell by a smaller degree lately, with resellers concluding deals with feed millers generally at the level of RMB41.0/kg. Transactions were also less active compared with the earlier period.
