Market analysis

Hog disease situation rattled farmers' replenishment interest, which was already hurt by high piglet prices and surging feed costs. Over the week, most regions saw piglet prices falling due to flagging demand.

Market forecast

Concerns over hog price volatility will continue to cast a shadow on piglet demand in the coming week.
