Market Analysis

Over the week, CBOT soy futures and China's soymeal prices dipped further amid worsening global economic plight, while prices for cottonseed meal plummeted below those of rapeseed meal due to disruptions in the upstream textile supply chain.

Rapeseed meal prices therefore came under heightened pressure from weakness in the oilseed meal market.

Market Forecast

Rapeseed meal market remains vulnerable to the weak sentiment in global financial markets as well as lacklustre demand from the domestic livestock sector.
