China Becomes World's Largest Producer of Duck, Goose Products

China has become the largest producer of duck and goose products in the world.

The number and dressing percentage of ducks and geese have an average annual growth of 6 per cent.

The total number of ducks and geese in China had reached 1.3 billion by the end of 2003.
