Piglet prices stabilised in east China and Sichuan, where hog prices were firm, but continued to fall in other parts of the country as inventory building interest stayed low. In Guangdong and Gunagxi, where hog producers suffered heavy losses due to slack pork demands, piglet prices fell especially prominently.
