Novus inks distributorship agreement with Martek

Animal health firm Novus International Inc has forged a worldwide exclusive agreement as a distributor of DHA Gold®, a product of Martek Biosciences Corporation. 

The agreement entails Novus as the exclusive worldwide distributor for Martek's DHA Gold®  in all poultry and swine feed and enrichment applications.

DHA Gold® animal feed ingredient is a dried whole-cell algae product used to provide DHA enrichment for animals. Adding the product to animal feed is a safe and effective way to enrich foods such as meat, eggs and milk, according to the company.

Dan Meagher, Novus World Area Director, North America says the venture "will provide unique and broad spectrum programmes to our clients".
