Ireland Sees 7% Increase in Milk Consumption

Ireland's domestic milk consumption by creameries and pasteurisers was estimated as 493.2 million litres for September 2004.

The figure was 1.9 per cent higher compared with the same period in 2003, according to the Central Statistics Office.
