Animal health and nutrition company, Alltech, has appointed a new team of managers as part of efforts to strengthen its presence in the Asia-Pacific region.

           

Sayed has more than 14 years of experience in both domestic and international animal health industries and was previously the general manager for the Indian market.

He joined Alltech India in 2005 and had managed the company's West India dairy and poultry business operations. He then expanded the business to oversee other regions, focusing on poultry in India, Nepal and Bangladesh.

Serge Corneille has been promoted to regional manager for Japan, South Korea and the Philippines.

Corneille started working for Alltech Japan in 2009 after several years with Nutreco Japan.  In 2012, he was promoted to manage the South Korean market.

Kij Soonthorn has been appointed as business development manager for Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam and Pakistan. He was previously the company's business development manager for Southeast Asia.

Soonthorn joined Alltech in 2000 as a poultry consultant after working in China for a decade with CP and Continental Grain. In 2006, he was promoted to national technical manager. He later became the poultry manager for Southeast Asia in 2012.

Mongkol Kaewsutas has been appointed as regional key accounts manager.

Kaewsutas joined Alltech Thailand in 2000 as a technical sales manager and was later promoted to country general manager. He has 18 years of experience in animal health and nutritional support to feedmill and farm sectors throughout Asia.

Jack Zhang has been promoted to aquaculture sales manager for China. Zhang previously worked for an international amino acids producer before joining Alltech in 2006 as a technical and sales representative in the Sichuan Province.

Zhang continues to manage key accounts in Sichuan.
